الفكرة العامة يتناول علم الأحياء دراسة المخلوقات الحية وخصائصها عبر توظيف العلماء للطرائق العلمية.

• هناك 200 مليار نجم تقريبًا في مجرة درب التبانة. • يمثل الإنسان نوعًا واحدًا من 100 مليون نوع تقريبًا من الأحياء التي تعيش على كوكب الأرض. • يحتوي دماغ الإنسان على ما يقارب 100 مليار خلية عصبية.
