إنشاء خطة المشروع في تطبيق جانت بروجكت

أنشئ مخططًا تفصيليًا لمشروعك المسرحية المدرسية باستخدام تطبيق جانت بروجكت، حتى تتمكن مجموعتك من الالتزام بالجدول الزمني.

ضبط خصائص المشروع

لإضافة المهام بشكل صحيح في مشروعك، عليك تغيير بعض الإعدادات الأساسية للملف، حيث يجب أولاً تحديد اسم المشروع والمؤسسة القائمة على المشروع، كما يجب عليك أيضًا تحديد عطلة نهاية الأسبوع في التقويم.

لضبط خصائص المشروع:

1. اضغط على قائمة المشروع (Project).

2. اضغط على الخصائص (Properties).

3. من نافذة خصائص المشروع (Project Properties)، اضغط على الاسم والوصف (Name and description).

4. في حقل الاسم، اكتب اسم ملف المشروع، مثلاً "عمل مسرحي".

5. في حقل المؤسسة (Organization)، اكتب اسمًا للمؤسسة القائمة على المشروع، مثلاً "المدرسة".

6. اضغط على التقويم (Calendar).

7. في حقل أيام نهاية الأسبوع (Weekend days)، حدد السبت (Saturday) والجمعة (Friday).

8. في حقل تاريخ بدء جديد (New Start Date)، أدخل تاريخ اليوم.

9. اضغط على موافق (Ok).
