قد تتضمن المهمة الرئيسة مهام فرعية أخرى أيضًا، حيث يتيح لك برنامج Gantt بروجكت تحديد المهام الرئيسة والمهام الفرعية أيضًا. وفي هذا المثال سندمج مهام تكوين المفهوم (Concept Generation) ، والنماذج الأولية (Prototyping) ، والاختبار (Testing) ، وتحسين العمليات (Optimizing Processes) في مهمتين رئيستين تتضمنان مهام فرعية.

لإنشاء المهام الفرعية:

اضغط بزر الفأرة الأيمن على المهمة التي تريدها، ثم اضغط على خيار Indent (المسافة البادئة) لجعلها مهمة فرعية للمهمة أعلاه. افعل الشيء ذاته بالنسبة لبقية المهام التي لها مهام فرعية.
