المفاهيم الأساسية

لغة الإشارة: نظام تواصل بصري-حركي يستخدم الإيماءات وحركات اليدين وتعابير الوجه لنقل الأفكار والمفاهيم، خاصة مع الأشخاص الصم أو ضعاف السمع.

قادر: شخص لديه القدرة والمهارة على أداء فعل أو تعلم شيء ما (مثل تعلم لغة الإشارة).

عاجز: شخص يفتقر إلى القدرة أو الوسيلة لأداء فعل معين.

مدير: شخص لديه مسؤولية التوجيه والقيادة والإشراف.
